Posting a Bug at the Bug Base

Bug Base is the Flipz bug tracking and problem solving community. We have provided Bug Base as a resource for you, our users and customers. The Bug Base is where you should report new bugs and browse our progress in correcting known bugs.

Key Information

• Provide as much information as you can about your issue. 'Screen shots' of the problem are always helpful.
• Read the list of Known Technical Issues first in the Support Forum, also check the Fixing Now and  Recently Fixed Bugs in the Bug Base Forum, Your problem may have already been reported and verified.
• The better we understand your post, the better the chance of it being fixed.
• Thread titles should be as descriptive as possible and we also encourage users to try and reproduce the bug they find at least once to verify that it is in fact a bug.
• Also please note that "bumping" a post will have a negative effect as we go from the bottom up.
• Remember that this is a development environment. Duplicate posts, spamming, erratic posts, etc., will not be tolerated.
